UK Domestic Shipping

First Class  (Royal Mail 24 service)
Special Delivery (tracked & insured)
Delivery times vary by service selected at checkout. Special Delivery is our fastest and most secure option for time-sensitive orders.

European Shipping

We ship to most European countries via airmail. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Rest of World

We ship worldwide via Tracked Airmail. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on your destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@otaku.co.uk. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that international delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
